Information you choose to share

When you send a headwear inquiry, we receive the contact details, company, destination, product requirements and optional reference file you provide. We use these details to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss your project. Please send only information needed for your request. Submitting a form does not sign you up to marketing emails.

We process inquiry details to respond to your request and take steps towards a potential order. Necessary website and security processing helps us operate and protect this service. Where consent is required for optional analytics, we ask for it separately.

Optional analytics and campaign information

If you allow analytics, we record page paths, page views, email and WhatsApp button clicks, a random visit identifier, and selected campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign. The visit identifier is held in session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Campaign information can be attached to a submitted inquiry so we can understand which pages and campaigns generate requests.

Our own analytics records do not contain your inquiry text, contact details, uploaded file, IP address, full referring URL or advertising click ID. Contact button clicks indicate interest; they do not tell us that you sent a message or placed an order. Refusing analytics does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry.

When enabled and accepted, Google Analytics also uses cookies and processes usage, device and approximate location information. We send page and contact events, without deliberately including customer contact details or form contents. Google advertising storage and personalization consent are denied in our current configuration. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Your analytics choice

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or decline optional analytics at any time. We remember your choice in local storage. Declining stops future analytics collection from this site and clears our visit data from this browser; it does not automatically erase previously collected records. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling optional analytics.

Service providers and external contact links

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form inquiries, attachments and website analytics. Infrastructure providers may process network and security information needed to deliver the service. Our team uses Microsoft Outlook to handle email. Clicking an email or WhatsApp link opens that service, where its own privacy terms apply. These providers may process information outside your country, including in locations where our team and providers operate.

We do not sell your inquiry information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, respond to your request, support an order or meet applicable legal obligations. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare, Microsoft and WhatsApp.

How long information is kept

We retain inquiry records and files as needed to handle your request, follow up on the project and meet relevant business or legal obligations. Contact us if you want your inquiry deleted. Our own analytics dashboard shows up to 30 days; raw analytics records older than 35 days are removed when the next event or report is processed. Google Analytics has separate retention settings. Your saved analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, obtain a copy, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] with your request. We may ask for information needed to confirm it relates to you. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
